We purchased an office block consisting of three Georgian houses in Westminster, including one Grade II listed house. Our intention was to convert the property into residential units. Having added value to the site by securing approvals through the planning process, we sold the development opportunity, leaving a legacy of quality and craftsmanship in one of London’s most prestigious areas.
The development included the creation of 10 bespoke apartments, as well as the meticulous restoration of one of the townhouses. This particular property, now beautifully restored, stands as one of only a handful of river-fronting homes of its size in Westminster.
