Nexus SHL is very active in the property market, we will look at projects of all sizes, with or without planning. Our focus is on residential assets, split into two areas. Central London where we look for projects typically between £10Million and £30Million GDV but we would certainly consider larger schemes. Next is our work in and around South East England where we look at smaller offerings from large HMO’s to apartment blocks. We are more than happy to consider conversions of existing buildings or indeed brownfield sites.
