This turn of the century, double fronted printers warehouse was the last of its kind in a street that had become mainly residential developments.

We took the building through the whole process of planning, design and development within 12 weeks of purchase.

Rather than cram as many homes into the building, our main objective was to generate large liveable spaces that were sympathetic to the original character of the building.

In the end, we created three large lateral spaces including a ground floor, 1800 sq foot apartment.
